I am asking for forum members that have either performed or have researched the topic of navigation retrofit to a X350 that does not have the navigation unit to provide me with "must read" thread links that they may have bookmarked and any other information that they may deem useful. I have done the search on this forum and jagforum.com but some links that seemed promising are either no longer there or they are utterly incomplete (like movies with cliff hangers and no ending). I am not necessarily looking for a cook book but rather enough information where I can successfully pursue this transformation and document it, of course. I have all the parts!!! (or do I?) I have an '06 XJR with a ruined engine that has a fully functional navigation system, bluetooth (for phone) and voice control. I want to gut it and put it in my '04 XJR. The goal is to mock it up, get it to work and then modify it and get the Jagdroid update done on it.
