Default Cooling fan

Hi does anyone know what temp the cooling fan should start at mine starts at 92 degrees slowly at first then if the temp rises above this it turns faster is this normal car has had new thermostat, car does not overheat or lose water . Checked the temp from the obd and also with a laser temp sensor aimed at the temp switch both the same is this normal and me being paranoid or have I got a problem with the car

Neither the technical description document nor the workshop manual quote a figure for the temperature at which fan starts to operate. What they say is:-

"The speed is determined by the Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT), the air conditioning pressure, and the transmission oil temperature."
