Cruise Not Available P1111 ECM
This is just a supposition, but have the battery cables been removed and clamped together for 5 minutes or or so? I swear this clears many 'ghost' codes my 2004 throws at me from time to time. Though this procedure will not keep my wife from trying to hit the phantom brake pedal from the passenger's seat.
Look on ebay you just may be lucky, and find a new one.
I found one, near Dubai for a great price.
Even after a $30 shipping charge, still saved $80.
Was n o s, the box was tattered a bit.
But the part was pristine, in appearance & function.

I have not been able to get the P1111 code. I do not believe I have any underlying problem. There was a leak at the throttle body gasket that was loose, causing a lean condition. Any clue as to what the drive cycle is to be able to reset the ODB from P1000 to P1111?

Yes what monitors have completed and which ones have not?
That will tell you where the problem is. Some are harder to set than others.
Does your scanner show the monitor status?
Some do not and if not then your out of luck!
You have P1000 because the codes were cleared.
