Default Driver side headlight sinking

Hello everyone, This is my first post to this forum and I am hoping you can all help me with my new to me car. First a bit of info about the car, it is a 2004 XJ8 with Xenon headlights with auto adjusters. The problem is when I turn on the headlights then dip down and come up and then the passenger side settles but the driver side sinks back down to the lowest point. I can here a slight chugging as the light dips. I want to think it is the hedalight adjustment motor or module. Also I am debating if I should take this back to the person I bought it from to have them handle fixing it (even though it was a private sale)

Here are 2 videos to try and show the issue I am having.

Sorry I didnt embed them I cant seem to get it to work on this forum.

Jaguar later dropped this electric adjustment, because being full air suspension, the car is always at the correct height regardless if load, so there was no need for it. It does sound as though the mechanism in that headlight has failed. I don't think there is anything repairable in there, but until it is examined off the car, you won't know. There are used ones around on the internet.

Is there a way to delete that out of both of the headlights and just use manual adjustments?

I looked into Brutals method with the screw but I dont think that is my issue. I also checked and my car has 4 height sensors not 3 if that makes a difference.
I was thinking either the height sensor for that corner is bad but then I figured that the corner would be lower too. OR the head light level sensor is bad. I am just curious about setting the lights where I want and unplugging the adjustment motors. I am going to be take the front end of this saturday to investigate I just wanted to get an idea of what I am getting into here.
