Unhappy Firm suspension

I had changed the four new arnott struts, new pump, height sensors, and ASM, but I still felt too harsh.
Does it stuck in firm mode?

Your Arnott struts will be a non-variable type, so there is no Hard or Soft setting, unless Arnott have started to make variable damping struts.

But it doesn’t make sense, I can feel everything on the road.
i did reprogram ASM and recalibrate the suspensions.
my tire is 235-50-18, and I just check the retailer for the type, they told me those suspension are comfort version.

oh yes I forgot I did have a post for the suspension last year.
In fact the problem is the same, not too soft it’s too harsh.
And I also tried remove the plugs on the suspensions. Unfortunately, there’s no difference no matter unplug or not.

but now I replaced the accelerometer, it works perfect today!

they are from my donor car.
but maybe you can find some on eBay.
there are two accelerometers on the car. The one is on the front right wheel so you have to remove it and the other is in the trunk beside the amplifier.
