Default Front Caliper Bleeder Thread Size

Put new rotors/pads on last week and was intending on flushing the system, but of course the last caliper I worked on the bleeder snapped off (LH Front). Others came out nice and easy with some penetrant, this one snapped easily. Anyway - rather than replacing the caliper I figured I could drill or easy-out the bleeder and install a new one. I can't seem to find the part listed but I know you can buy bleeders of various threads/sizes just about anywhere. Anyone happen to know the size for the front caliper on an 06 XJ?

I was sure someone on here would know this? Would be ideal to have the new bleeder on hand as I'm removing the old rather than removing and then trying to go match it up. Any help appreciated.

There are tools that match, & measure the thread dimensions.
SAE, Metric, as well as British Whitworth are in my tool box.
That way you know what size you are looking at

I have a thread checker, but was hoping to have a new bleeder on hand when I removed the old so as not to lose all of the fluid and chance the master cylinder running dry. The old bleeder will also be destroyed most likely when removing. I'll try that as a last resort, just figured I'd check here first. Or maybe jsut buy a few different sizes and hope one fits, they're cheap enough.

Call the dealer, or your local auto parts store.
The dealer should have one on hand to buy, or order
