My 1999 v8 sovereign has a front near side indicator that's not working and the relay click is much too fast. I
i have changed the bulb, no luck the right side is fine clicks normally, the other near side lamps appear to flash regularly.
I have inspected the lamp holder and it looks really clean the wire seems ok but I am not electrical and don't know how to check amps and volts and things
if there is a separate fuse or relay fro front nearside ( England) can someone tell me how to find it

Whenever one of the turn signals blinks too rapidly, it's because a bulb is burned out. Check the rear turn signal bulbs and side markers to be sure they're all functioning.
