Does anyone have an idea how to open a stuck trunk on a 2016 Jaguar xjl super charged

When using the manual key, up to the right of the button, also push down hard on the trunk.

If your battery is dead, you can apply power to the studs of fuse F35 in the front fuse box.

2014 Jaguar xjl doesn’t have key lock on trunk
has power start but the instrument panel says boot open but it’s not
