Headlamp water...

Check the enclosures on the rear have not come loose first.
If they seem secure , then you may need to remove the headlamp unit and inspect the seal between the lens and the assembly. There should be no holes, gaps or cracks.
Trying to identify how the water is getting in there is the main concern.
Hopefully not teaching you to suck eggs there?

I have had this problem about 5 years ago, removed the water and it's been allright since.
I used a length of semi rigid 1/8 od plastic tube (or rod would do) with a small piece of kitchen roll taped to the end of it (sponge would be better) and
inserted this through the bulb aperture to mop up the water.
You need to do it 2/3 times hence you need care, time and patience.
I tried a hairdrier on the lens but the water reappeared.

Thank you all foryour suggestions.
To Trosty: I didhave the back opened a few weeks ago because the same lamp went out then cameback on. When it was out, I opened the back to verify the bulb type withoutbulb removal, but did not change it out as it was working again.
To Meirion: I wasthinking along similar lines for the mop up, and your experience has reinforcedthat thought. So that's the method I'll use.
To Sean: I'll trythat after the mop up to remove any squatters and hopefully put all of this tobed.

I also had condensation in my headlights due to a loose access door. I left the door open for a couple of warm, dry days, which got out most of the moisture. But then I would see slight condensation after closing up the door.
To fix that, I taped a couple of desiccant bags to the inside of the access door, that dried it up completely in a few days.
