How do I resolve the problem with the passenger seat not going all the way back to accommodate someone really tall that needs all the leg room he can get? My driver's seat goes all the way back as it should but the passenger seat only goes approx 1/2 the distance?

Hi TTG,
Try using the control on the rear seat that has authority over the front passenger seat. Also check that the button at the rear of the driver's window control panel is not activated (red led). That shuts off rear seat window activation, but also rear seat adjustment.
