Is it possible to replace these? I am unable to find the product number.
If the original is either unobtainable or absurdly expensive I am even okay with something sort-of-sleek an electrician would use.

If I look at your second picture and compare it with my car, I would say that it is not waving good-bye, but that it looks exactly like it left the factory...
At the bottom of the picture you can see how the older version of the pre-facelift versions looks like:
The picture was taken when I did some cleaning works on the engine.

Reason: typing error
It appears that the hose #1 has its end still latching to the strut, while the more complete hose #2 is exposing the wires near the connector.
But maybe you're right, I'll lean into the engine bay tomorrow to take a better look.

My car looked the same. I bought a length of spiral plastic tubing, usually called Spirap. The 4mm size is good for this, but there are larger sizes available. 4mm Spirap tubing
