My fuel door broke and I need to know how to get it off at the inside hinge. Also, is there any type of adhesive I can use to repair it?

 

This is not something I have done but I suspect you need to access it from the trunk, by removing the side cover. I also suspect that gluing will not work unless you can put in some metal support. Once these plastic parts break, it's a Humpty-Dumpty, I'm afraid.
