I know I'm going to feel stupid!
I recently bought a beautiful used 2006 XJ8. Unfortunately, I can't figure out how to raise or lower the head rests on the front seats. The rear seats have buttons, as illustrated in the manual, but I can't see any way to adjust the front seat head rests. I know I'm going to feel like I dope when some one tells me how to do it, but I can't find it in the manual or elsewhere on line.
Yup! DB6 is right! The button that pitches the seat back forwards and backwards can also be pulled up or down to adjust the headrest heights.
What I think is ghetto is how the seatbelt height adjustment is manual! (Even my '97 Lexus had power seatbelt adjusters, which worked with the memory seats!)

Never seen a car over here in the UK with electric seatbelt height adjustment.....and we repair cars day in day out at our bodyshop so see dozens every week!
