Yeah, me, too. I had a misunderstanding with that small panel when I was changing spark plugs. I repaired mine by using some scrap aluminum sheeting and aluminum pop rivets. Then sealed it well with black spray rubber. I have yet to really find the part itself.

 

Its just some insulation covering...I just tore the rest of it off...the 07s have just the plastic only
