What do you do when the thing that's supposed to help fix things quits working?
I've had a iCarsoft 2 for a few years. At first it was fine but it's reliability got steadily worse and now every time I plug it in I get "Fail to verify EX_DOWNLOAD.BIN"
I went to their website and although they have updates, I actually get the same message when I plug it into the USB. I've tried Mac & PC.
I found a youtube video that supposedly tells how to update but it was no use and there were a few comments expressing frustration with this brand.
Has anyone run into this problem with this scanner and found a solution? I did buy a new cable but that didn't change anything.
