Angry Jack & Jack Stand Placement 2004 XJ8

I am about to replace my air suspension with the Arnott C-2745 Coil over conversion kit and would like some help as to where to place the Jack for the front and rear and also where to place the jack stands to be safe! Any diagrams or pictures would be most welcome.

I think that's probably correct as far as strength goes, but the jacking and stand points are probably separated so a corner can be jacked up and a stand placed without the jack getting in the way. That's how I did it when I took all my wheels off for refurbishment. I'm not sure if you can use the outermost points front and back as lifting points for a two or four point hoist. My inspection agency uses a drive-on lift with front and rear lift elements that go under each subframe to unload the wheels as required for checking.
I found that the body was so rigid that lifting one corner slightly higher on the stand meant that the other side was unsupported by its stand. It was like that for a week, and didn't change at all. The X350 is a very tough body.

A hockey puck on the floor jack, will add a soft touch, to which ever point you chose.

dont know if it was ok but used the front cradle cross member to jack up the front end (slowly) and it seemed strong enough.
i used a block of wood under the diff to jack up the rear

Great tip- I should have been using one on mine long ago. Will start doing so with my XJ that I haven't jacked yet! Just ordered one off Amazon as soon as I saw this. 'Inglasco Official Ice Hockey Puck Black 6 oz.' $7.49 USD.

Seems to me that the front craddle cross member is hidden behind the bolted plastic underpan. How could you use it?
Also I would avoid jacking the rear using the diff.
The jacking points indicated by Jaguar are well suited and accessible.

Keep 4 in each trunk for use with the lift at my friends shop.
And those for my floor jacks at home, cheaper by the dozen.
Hockey Monkey, about $20 a dozen, plus tax & shipping.

Let me share a caution while using some of the pucks…
I purchased the cheapest set I could find on amawho.com
they are solid but very hard (a good thing) however… I did not consider that made them a little smooth/slippery too.
First use on the quickjack and they slipped off of the other locator blocks.
‘luckily no damage but def a near miss experience.
In the future, I will use them but with more caution for now on.
