Hey guys, where can I find instructions to program JaguarVoice on 04 VDP?

My car is "prewired" for JaguarVoice but I understand I need to make a trip to the dealer to turn it on? Does anyone have experience with this? What does the dealer need to do, and how much does it cost?

I think that pre-wired means that the wires are there but the voice module isn't.
