I have a 2006 Jaguar XJ8 Vanden Plas and while the engine is running I hear a sound like something rotating but it doesn't change pitch or frequency when driving. Recently there have bee1-3 loud knocks about 2 minutes after driving followed 30 seconds later by an increase in the loudness of the original sound described above. No warning signals car runs normally.
