Default Location of Parking Aid Speaker

Hello group,

Does anyone know where the parking aid speaker is and how to get to it? I was told that it is in the back deck lid but can't see how to get to it. tried going through the trunk but that is not it.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Rob

Same as in the X type
Its a pain, and even more of a pain reinstalling the C pillar trims as there is a plastic retainer stopping the C Pillar trim launching across the car interior if the airbag in it goes off and you have to refit blind by touch.
You have to remove both C Pillar trims (airbags be careful!) and then the rear parcel shelf to access it.
If you look under the shelf from the boot you will see the bottom tips of 2 push through plastic rivets that secure it but you need the parcel shelf cover off to access the retainers from the top
