I am at 95k FYI.

 

I part-exed my 115k miles 2003 XJ Sport for a 2007 Sovereign last November. New car was on 54k miles, now approaching 57k. Highest miles I saw was one in an article in the Jaguar Enthusiasts Club magazine sometime in 2016 that had got to 400k miles !!!

 

I think it is fair for us to ignore the 400k as highest millage car. On this forum, who has the most miles??

 

I'm at 94k now.

 

I sold my 2003 3.5SE a couple of years ago with about 204000 miles, my current 2004 Super V8 is now on 156000, it had 113000 on it when I got it 2 years ago.

 

I have 126k miles on my 2006 SV8.
Note: Please annotate millage in either miles or kilometers. 126k miles vs 202k kilometers.

no longer daily driver. Use it for long distance business trips now....

 

I recently rolled over the 100K and blinked and missed it lol. She seriously still runs like a top though.

So, why do so few of these cars pass 150K, even on a forum of people taking good care of them? What kills them? If you had an X350 and had to get rid of it, why did you have to get rid of it?

 

I am at 139K miles as of today. Daily driver.

 

I have a customer with a 2004 XJ8 with over 250,000 MILES.
He is thinking about selling it. I converted it to steel coil spring suspension.

I might buy it from him??

I have about 153K on my 2006 XJ8L. A lot of the miles were accumulated on a 90 mile one way commute to Aberdeen Proving Grounds.

 

I have 104k miles on my '04 XJR daily driver. Unless something disastrous happens I plan on keeping it for a while, either to 197k (100k since I bought it) or 200k. I put 120k on the 5 series I had before and only got rid of it because it was too rusty to inspect.

 

102,500 Miles, 05 Super V8.

Test drove an 04 XJ with 219k recently; didn't bring it home...
