Odd interior lighting issue on 2007 XJ
Hi there, have a really strange issue with the interior lighting.
Foot well lighting works, red lights on all doors and rear handles work.
Issue I have is with all vanity lights, I have checked fuse F14 and it is fine. All bulbs are OK although I did replace just in case.
The front roof lights, middle will not come on at all, I can get the reading lights on but only one at a time and I have to turn the others off else they won't come on.
I removed the front roof lights assembly and even connected wiring from the prongs on the roof into this in case there was anything there but the same issue.
If I have one of the front roof lights on and turn the rear on, the front goes very dim and the rear just about lights up, it's like there isn't enough power going to them. Only the one blub lights up in the rear, the one you press, not the other that comes on when you open the door.
If I open the doors none come on, front and back.
Any suggestions?

I checked the interior lighting section and re-read it but nothing there about lighting modes etc.
Scratching my head.
