Chilly I misunderstood. I thought you wrote where did I dyno. I see now you asked what. I made 352 rwhp on all 3 runs and about 340 tq.

 

Met up with forum member Squanchy today for a bite to eat. A bit on the windy side but it was fun to talk Jags and to see first hand the perfomance differences of each car.

 

the X358's were the best looking XJ's ever. that exterior with the X351 interior would make it a solid car.

looking at these pictures reminded me how amazing and supple the leather was in those cars. its not the same anymore

Hi everyone! As you can see in my signature, not new to Jags. But I am new to the X350/358. I've decided to sell my 2013 X351 because this came up for sale and I couldn't pass it up. 2009 Super V8 Portfolio, 62k miles, Astral Gold over Ivory/Navy interior. IMHO - the pinnacle of the X350/358. Excited to join this part of the forum!

 

Wow beautiful car. It’s not too often you hear of an x351 owner sell and buy an x358. I’m sure you will love it, these are exceptional cars.

Thank you! Super excited for it to arrive (coming from Atlanta). It was definitely a difficult choice to give up the X351 - but I have a 2006 XKR Victory Edition, and this would be really the perfect "garage mate" for it.

When I was looking for my car this past summer, I was on the look out for one of these but they just don't come up for sale often since only 140 were made, and I was only interested in the Astral Gold color. So I got impatient and settled on the X351. Don't get me wrong, it's a marvelous car. But the X358 Super V8 Portfolio is even more special for me - that classic Jag styling is hard to beat.

 

 

 

I’ve been pretty absent on the forums with work, but thought I’d post a few pics.

Polished and waxed the old girl, didn’t go crazy and there are still water spots here and there, but definitely better. You’ll have to remember I use this as a daily routes work rig, so it takes a beating. Took it to a cars and coffee this morning and will be in the Boise 4th of July parade next week, so beginning to dress her up for that. I also lowered the car a bit more via JLR software.

 

I just noticed today while taking these that there's water in my Fog Light, so I'm getting Evan to do me some custom Fog Lights...
