I'm always up for a good chuckle. I usually scan Craigslist for parts and sometimes just to see if there are any quality Jags for sale locally.
I came across this ad with the oxymoron right in the headline.

It's amazing how the terms "Mint" and "Near Mint" are bandied about in for-sale listings, to the point that they no longer mean anything (except, perhaps, to numismatists).
