Peeling XJR Ctr Console Switches...? (Rant)
The interior of my 07 XJR is pretty nice, save for things like the peeling, unsightly "Sport" and "Stability Control" pushbuttons
Best to replace or polish up or repaint old ones?
eg, Mercedes buttons tend to go gummy - only fix is to replace 'em
Ditto ctr console cup holder lid latch hinge (broken) - anyone fixed this?
(What is in that huge ctr console anyhow? About zero storage under console arm)
And, the "Sport" button doesn't do anything except delay upshifts? Lame...
(Ranting now)
And, and, Jag tuned this thing with hellacious tip in, but no LSD and a REALLY sloppy throttle pedal. Just TRY and pull off a grassy roadside without looking like a 17 yr old
