Default Pirelli Cinturato P7 vs. Bridgestone Turanza Serenity Plus

As you can guess, I'm trying to decide between the two. I've been running Pirelli P Zero Neros for two years, and have found them to be loud and harsh. I want the smoothest, quietest riding tires available. My alignment guy suggested the Bridgestones, which have excellent ratings on TireRack, but it seems the P7s have even better ratings in the areas I'm concerned with, even price. I've seen a few good reviews of the P7s here, but nothing on the Bridgestones. The P7s seem to be the better choice. Can anyone chime in with their experiences? Thanks

I have about 10k on a set of Yokohama yk580. They are quiet with great ride on 101-405 and don't exhibit any wear yet. Americas tire had them at a good value and 30 day satisfaction return.

I have about 20k miles on the Bridgestones. There were so much quieter than what was there before, but are showing some wear. They were more expensive when i got them 1st, but think they are cheaper now. No bad experiences though the cost is my negative.

The P Zero Nero is a summer tire, and is harsh as you have found. However, the Cinturato P7 All Season is a much different composition and tread metric. It's a much softer and quieter tire than the Nero.

I've had the P7's on my 01 XJ8, and now my 06 SV8. I cant say enough about them. For some reason they ride better than michelins best touring tire on the X308/X350.
These are by far the best touring tire Ive had on my Jags. Went thru winter with realistic expextations.
Quiet
Good grip
Even wear
Smooooth
What more could you ask for on 19" wheels, other than cheaper.
You wont regret this tire. Make sure you get the correct load rating. Not all tire guys will dig deep to find the P7 with the correct rating. They just order the first one that pops up. It's too dark out now, but I'll check my tires and report back with the load rating.
What they won't do, is wear like crap like pirelli P6's.

I'm getting them fitted this weekend. Can't wait to get rid of these appropriately named P Zeros!
