Default Power seat problem

My drivers seat stopped functioning in the auto mode after going to car wash.
I have not had any problems with the seat moving back when i take the key out of the ignition and moving forward to the preset location when you put the key back in until one day when I got in the car after being washed at the car wash it didn't move. All functions work if you manually push the buttons and the seat bottom and seat back will return to its preset location if I push the number 1 preset but the seat itself does not move. Now the seat is moving back a few inches when I insert the key. The seat bottom and back will automatically move when I push the memory drivers location preset but the seat will not move in either direction.

Check that the car cleaners did not twist the round button on the side of the steering column to the manual position accidentally, the one that you can manually use to move the steering column, it is also linked to moving the pedals back and forth to adjust the reach.

I'm having the same issue. Mine started when I moved the seat all the way forward, further than I have in the past. I think I knocked the seat Potentiometer out of wack or it finally gave up. I'm going to try the repair noted in a past post. It's just going to be a pain to remove. Prior to that I'm going to try to recalibrate it per the included link.
Does anyone know of a source and P/N to obtain a new Potentiometer if a new one is needed? Could not find anything on Ebay or on the net. I might have better luck if I had a P/N. The EPC does not show it.
Thanks

roviw, that is the first thing I looked at but thanks.
Mark, I think the car wash when vacuuming the rugs knocked the potentiometer out of wack.
