The Price is Right???
I know it's pretty subjective, but 2004 XJR, fully loaded 110,000 miles, appears to be in excellent shape. Is $12,000 too much or pretty fair?
Anybody here have closer to 200,000 on theirs? Can I expect the car to go another 100,000 without it being a money pit?
Thanks in advance.

You have two things of concern, first its almost a 10 year old car and it has 110K miles. Do you have the service records for the car? What has been repaired? Has it been serviced regularly by a qualified mechanic? I would not even consider the car until you had a Jaguar mechanic do a complete inspection.
Absent tangible service records, I would personally opt to pay a little more money up front and get a newer car with lower miles.

Just a thought; if the dealer does not have any of the service records and you still want the car make them an offer of 10K and explain that you really don't know what or what has not been fixed. If the air suspension, transmission, etc. starts to have issues that will cost a bundle so maybe use that as leverage to get them to reduce the price. If they agree, STILL have your own Jaguar mechanic completely check the car.
