Default Programming gearbox with SDD

Folks, month ago I cleared adaptation in gearbox using SDD. SDD notified me that it will have to reprogram TCM. It took over one hour! Yes. I had 50W power supply backing up battery.
I have not done calibration yet.
I am looking for advise: should I try to do it along or get a buddy into shotgun seat to hold the computer and read instructions?

I would say that the safer way is option two. It's also less boring as you will not be alone during the drive...

Best regards,

Thomas

Thanks @Thomas-S. and @Petz .
Can you help me how to get SDD into gearbox adaptation mode?
I set out to do it last weekend just to find out that I don't know where to start.
