Default Pulley Removal

Pictured is a small serpentine belt pulley under the water pump. The 2 #8s are easy to turn. However, the #15 axle bolt is really in there. I assume that it is RH thread? Any tricks to getting it out? I need to remove it in order to get clearnce for drilling a broken water pump bolt. I don't want to have another broken bolt. How much torque can I apply without risking it?

Problem solved. Put the breaker bar on & push firmly & steadily until she loosens.

When you put the rachet and socket on, be sure that you don't back the wrench up against the radiator as I almost did. Could have been ugly.
