I need to replace the power antenna for my '97 X300. Does anyone have a procedure for gaining access that avoids damaging the boot/trunk lining?

OK, so you know you have an X300. So why didn't you post in the X300 forum ?


Best to post there as no cars on this forum have power antennae, they are all incorporated in the rear screen. BTW, on my old 1980 XJ6 the antenna was accessed by taking out the rear light unit. It might be the same with your car, but only X300 experts will know.
