Hi all been a while since posting nothing wrong with either of my Jaguars probably jinxed it now saying that LOL

I have a question

I am project managing the repairs for a friends X350 XJ8

He hit a wild boar a month ago and I am in the process of repairing the vehicle for him

I have been able to track down most parts but the headlight is smashed and being in Australia is it possible the car being RHD

Can I use the headlight from a LHD car

I know that being RHD the lights shine to the opposite side of the road as when we get cars from the US we change the headlights

If I have to source a RHD light I will but have found plenty of headlights from LHD cars already at reasonable prices

Just looking for some info thanks in advance

 

The parts guide does not indicate a difference but I would assume the glare shield in the DIP beam unit would be positioned opposite to cut glare on the right side lane?
