Just noticed my rear passenger window is not working from the drivers switch works from the door switch just not the drivers main switch

I have replaced both locks on that side already
any ideas?

 

I have a similar issue, where driver's control will lower rear driver's side window but not raise it. The control on the door of the rear driver's side window works fine. I suspect the driver's control is faulty, which I would suspect in your situation as well.

 

I had exactly the same issue. I bought a new switch for the driver door, and the rear window would still not rise from the driver door control. I would suggest it is something else, maybe a earth/grounding issue somewhere?

 

Now I am going to look stupid

Tried it this morning working for the life of me it wouldn't work the other day
I think this car is playing with me every now and then lol

 

Just after I got my 2007 xj8 in July this year I had a similar problem, I replaced the switch pack but still same problem, I thought the problem may be a broken wire in the harness but before taking things apart I opened the drivers door and pulled and massaged the harness and guess what, it has worked perfectly ever since, touch wood I haven't put the kiss of death on it,
