i tried the dry silicone spray and i pulled it up so hard it was bowing .. it tries to come up but is caught or jammed on something.. any suggestions?

 

I had this some years ago, did you have someone operating the button at the same time ?, you will need to press the button at the same time as trying to pull it up.

 

In assume your question relates to the x350. I had mine stuck and as mentioned someone needs to activate the button while another pulls up on the blind. I was surprised how great an effort was needed to pull it up but after doing this it worked once again. I sprayed lubricant in the LHS/RHS corner openings before trying to release. Good luck.

 

i did push the button and it tried to come up.. but was still jammed even after using the silicon spray and pulling for all i was worth!.. i think something is broken in side.. i found a good working unit for $100.00 I may just replace it
