Default Recommend a phone mount

I haven't seen this question asked before. I am looking for the best way to mount my mobile phone without using the vent. My phone does have wireless charging but I don't have to use it. I suspect the best mounting place would be on top of the dash - preferably with a magnetic mount. Any ideas/thoughts/pictures?

I'm currently looking for a similar solution. So far I've found two outfits that look like they will work:

Proclip - https://www.proclipusa.com/vehicle/d...xj-series/2008
Kuda - http://www2.kudausa.com/kuda_mount_a...09-16-173.html

I'm probably going to go with the latter, because I would prefer the mount on the console, and the Kuda mount is nicely trimmed. I haven't figured out which actual phone mount to use yet. I'd like to go wireless charging, but I'm not sure if that would cause interference with any of the modules.

Thanks Dave. I ordered this one. It does wireless charging and looks pretty elegant but not as nice as the Kuda. I will let you know how it works and post a couple of pics when it gets here

As promised, here are pictures of the one I bought ad I am very happy with it. It is relatively small and charges my phone wirelessly making it very easy to attach/detach and swivel on its magnetic mount stuck on the back of my phone. No problems with reception. I did need to run down to BestBuy to pick up a shorter power adapter to fit under the closed ash tray cover. Quality is very good and it was also beautifully packed. My phone is a Galaxy model without onboard charging but I got the antennae from Nillikin also and it fits right under the phone cover.

I've recently fitted a Brodit mount to my XJ after getting fed up with generic windscreen mounts (https://www.brodit.co.uk/brodit/vehi...006/653383.htm).
I use satnav on the phone and find this is a good position where I can easily glance down.
