road trip today
Well had a chance to check out the wheel spacers today, yesterday actually, just back......
Left at 2am from Cumbernauld and headed south to Sunny South Wales and Haverfordwest to visit a customer, arrived at approx 11am lol
Took the scenic route from North Wales into South Wales via Cardigan bay, some beautiful scenery, around Neath, Penderyn and then back up the A40 to Birmingham, M6, M74 and ultimately home
Some 898.3 miles covered today, saw 42.1 mpg at one point and managed 600+ on one tank before refuelling. She performed flawlessly and the wheel spacers were all A ok, no rubbing issues on a combination of mostly motorway miles, with some decent A roads and back roads / quarry roads thrown in, so all good.
The weather was awesome, scenery beautiful, if only I had time to breath, stop and take a snapshot or two, but it didn't happen
