Default Roof Racks (bars)

I need to use my Thule Cargo Carrier on an upcoming trip. I called Jaguar and ordered two racks (bars) that install on the front and rear of the roof. They are branded Jaguar with Jaguar part number C2C38817. They have another version, different in style, probably lighter in construction, which is designed for skis.

Does anyone know the load weight of these racks? The dealership parts department didn't have any information on them. I want to carry an 8' Thule unit on top. I've used this unit on other vehicles much smaller than the Jaguar. Oh yes, it's a 2007 XJ Vanden Plas.

Any information with regard to the allowable weight on these racks will be most important. Sure hate to have it come off midway through Oregon.

I think Jaguar specs is 100 kgs in total on the roof, bars included.
I''ve two Thule bars with the Thule additional system for two bikes. The Thule bars are very robust and it's designed possibly for three bikes with no problem.

100 Kilos, 220 pounds. That should be good because I can pick up the large Thule unit which is about 8 feet long (2.43 meters) with no problem. Just transporting clothes. I want the cabin free on this trip. Thanks Paydase.

I bought the bars for my car a few years ago (see sig below) but they were part number C2C7361. They're basically Thule aero bars. The fitting instructions that came with them state 75kg load.
Were yours the newer Thule wing bars? I was a little surprised at the 75kg limit and assumed it was linked to being an aluminium roof.

Julian.
