Hi
Today I cleaned the interior of my car.
As usual I take the seat all the way up and back to clean the driver floor, and all the way up and forward to clean the rear passesnger floor.
I also lubricated the track
Afterwards I have a blinking yellow airbag light
When checking with SSD I got the fault code:C1981 drivers seat track position circut fault as a permanent fault code.
I did some checking in the parts manual and cannot find this sensor. Does anyone know were this is located and if it is sold as a separate part? Its probably woth locating it and check if there is some issues with wiring or if my lubrication messed it up.

 

As suspected, a broken wire. Fixed and working again
