My 05 Vanden plas won't start. When I turn the key all the instrument pnael lights and bells go an as nomal (including headights), just not cranking. Engine fuse block fuses are good. I noticed the "R" on the shift panel is lit up and when I release the parking brake the car begins to roll. The shifter is in "P". I tried to move the shifter and reseat it in park, but I can't move it any direction (with the key on or off). What's next?
