How do I find what sensor the car is set up for What frequency?

According to this thread they are 315mhz:

The Jaguar Parts Catalogue lists both 315mhz and 433mhz but (unusually) doesn't give details of markets where each of these are applicable.

Wheel removal to check the number on the sensor or having any Jaguar Dealer check your VIN against the Direct Dealer Warranty System for the OE fitment information are the only ways to be absolutely certain.
