A good way to check on all the brands is to go to www.tirerack.com and find the review section for the different brands.I also believe that discount tires has customer reviews as well.

 

I have the Conti's as stock on my VDP and generally like them. They are quiet, have decent tread life and satisfactory all season performance. I would consider replacing them with the same tire depending on how they price out...
