Default Towing a Jaguar

I have to call for towing tomorrow. My car is stuck in reverse and they won't be able to change gears. Can they get it on the tow truck. Any suggestions how this should be done?

Smile Tow truck

They'll just drag it on with the winch.
No big deal.
Assuming off ground tow truck.

Thank you. The car is in a parking lot at the mall, backed up against a curb.
I doubt they will be able to do anything from the back. Will that be necessary?

Default No problem

Brake off.
Wheels straight. Tow on.
Tower needs to use proper tow location on front of car. Go to manual and view.

Not difficult to winch on.

Your main concern should be where and how they attach the winch to avoid any possibility of bumper damage.

The correct method is to attach the Jaguar Towing Eye from the Tool Kit:

Note the sections I've boxed in red regarding attaching the Towing Eye and tying down the vehicle for transportation.

Any idiot can drag a car onto a flat bed. Some of them can even demolish a wall when they deliver the the car to your home as I found a few years back with an X308.
