Default TSB Water Infiltration Issue

Well I was a lucky candidate of rear footwell water infiltration. Appears those rubber pieces were applied with reinforced glue and the tabs into the body not sealed well at all. I cleaned up the pieces and reinstalled and it seems they stretched a bit and wont fit well not. Can these be purchased new? Any Idea where?

Reinstall that piece with marine grade clear silicone, including a dab on those tabs. Also, try and clean up that surface rust...

Do both sides. (Meaning driver and passenger sides)

Trying to find new will be hard.

Once the silicone sets you'll be good!

I also put silicone in the channel, where the door seal sits.

My rear seat floors are bone dry..

There ain't going to be any rust there as the whole shell is aluminium.

It sets nasty but once dried it's clear and solid. I'll try and grab you a pic of my final result tomorrow.

I left the doors open in my garage and let the silicone set for 24 hours.

That what I obtained after following the advice of abonano.
See here: https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/x...boards-187924/
