Default Vacuum line schematic or vendor

I had to replace the throttle housing coolant line on my 2008 XJ8 4.2 NA, which meant pulling the intake manifold. Unfortunately, the vacuum lines were so brittle that they broke in several places.
I have searched for a replacement part to no avail. So that means I will have to rebuild them, but I do not have a schematic showing how they run or connect. Does such a document exist? Or, if not, does anyone know where such a thing can be ordered?
Thanks!

Hi dfatherree,
Here is a diagram I found in this book:

Hope this helps

Thanks for the input! Actually, the next post linked under this one had enough confirmation about vacuum line layout for me to rebuild what was there (using non-brittle lines!). I hope to finish and test it all tomorrow.
Cheers,
Dwayne
