Very Basic Speaker Question
This may be a simple question but an audiophile I'm not. the two front speakers on the dash near where the pillar, dash and windshield meet on my 2004 XJ8 are blown. Are these tweeters and what size are they. I need to try and find replacements.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Dont know the size but the part numbers are C2C12875 and C2C12874

When I had my X type it has a basic sound system ie 4 Philips speakers.
I upgraded it to Premium system (big write up in the X Type section a few years ago) and as part of the upgrade Focal Access series speakers were used on recommendation from an International Award winning audioshop who did the install).
The speakers were like chalk and cheese compared to the Alpine premium Jaguar system.
If ever I was to replace any speakers again I would use Focals if possible however if they are 64mm ithen thats a very small speaker.
