Default What is this thing in the trunk with the jack? (X350)

Hi,

Cleaning out the car and organizing the tools, I located this item in the styrofoam where the jack is stored. I read the manual, and can't figure out what it is.

Anyone have an idea?

Thanks!

Might be wheel chock for when you jack the car up

I thought about that, but the shape is off for that purpose. It is actually two pieces, and when taken apart is more in line with the purpose of being a chock, except one piece then has a tab sticking up that would get ruined.

I'd always assumed it was a rather strange (because of said tab) form of chock ...

Its a one wheel only chock, not to be broken down into two parts.
