I bought mine from Bristol Transmissions.
Plastic pan with integral gasket and filter, plus 21 bolts
and mechatronic seal was about 65 GBP.
Plus VAT in your case and plus shipping in my case.
I did not buy their ATF because of the shipping cost but bought
Millers DM ATF from Hong Kong.
This has been used successfully in the UK
For more info on the ATF I suggest you pose a question on the UK forum.
