Default X350 Supercharger radiator upgrade?

Does anyone know who makes an upgraded supercharger radiator for X350? All that’s out there that I can find only applies to X308 cars. Is it the same radiator?

Funny you ask. I am working on this myself. I researched this for like 2 weeks. The ones on ebay appear to be for the x308, not the x350. The fitting locations are different and they are missing a small fitting on the upper corner that connects to the overflow tank.

I did find that the x350 came with 2 different supercharger intercoolers though. One of them is wider and taller than the other. And its all metal vs metal core w/ plastic sides. My 05 came with the smaller, plastic sides intercooler. One of the fittings broke and I needed to replace the whole intercooler as a result. I found one from an 04 Xjr and turns out that its the bigger one with the metal sides. I dont have the part numbers right now, but I will find them and take pictures to show the difference. No idea why Jaguar would downgrade (IMO) to a smaller intercooler with plastic components vs metal. Maybe one of the tech guys would know. Check to see which of the two you have in yours.

I am also adding an extra intercooler from the terminator cobra in series with the one I am replacing. I have seen other members add another in series as well and it seems to help with heat soak. Only thing left to check is that the 010 pump can maintain decent flow going through the extra intercooler.

Thanks jazzyjags. I think at this point I might just take some measurements and have one custom made.

I used one of the cm pump's for my XJR6 x300 back in the early 00's and the pump alone dropped iat temps and once I added a bigger radiator even better

I should have gone with the bigger diameter pump then Modified the intercooler radiator for the bigger diameter pump would have increasesd efficiancy but I bought the pump first then the radiator with hindsight

My X350 is N/A just noticed Johnson now has a brushless pump listed

My one If I remember was a cm 19 had greater flow than the standard pumps and was quieter just my 2 cent's lol

Is there room to replace the factory item with a larger item? look pretty tight in there, my thoughts were to add a length or two of finned tube behind the grill on brackets, extra cooling, water capacity and bot too restrictive on airflow

Question:

Why engine and Supercharger cooling system is coupled, and not independent?

Thermostat opens coolant flow to SC radiators at ~90C so it means (I believe) that sometimes intake air is being heated rather cooled, having high temperatures in chamber. It should cause misfires in the engine.
Is it so or there is some kind of engineering solution for this that enables having SC and Engine cooling system united?
Additional radiators?

Have someone decoupled these systems to gain performance?

It won't cause misfires and it sounds like you haven't found the SC pump etc.

It does not cause misfires, and I know it, cause I own 2003 (2004) Super V8 and have found all the pumps and e.t.c. and all works fine.
I am just curious about why this works.
Have a guy which tries to upgrade BMW by placing Eaton M112 on, with lesser pulley as well, and he wonders how to cool the SC so it wont cause misfires to him

You could consider going the route I chose and put a thin long radiator is series with the main along with twin 6" fans.

Works extremely well and no blockage at cruising speed worth talking about.
