I've got hold of the bumpers and grille, but have read somewhere that the bumper mounts needs to be modified slightly.
But I can't find the thread.

I did it on my 05XJR, You can use the X350 bumper mounts you will just need to make some extensions at the bottom. If you hang the X358 bumper covers on your car you will see what I am talking about. Worse case scenario is you purchase X358 bumper cover mounts.

I don't know exactly what you mean, do you have ant pictures from when you did the conversion?
