Yesterday I went to open my driver door I heard a awful noise .
Every time I open or closed the door the noise sounded like something
bending like as if the door was suddenly not aligned right and
hitting the front fender. But that was not the case so i think it's the arm
that goes into the door when you open or close the door not the brackets that
hold the door but the arm that goes inside . I wiggled it and it's kid of loose
when i wiggle the other doors there solid . Is this a easy fix does anyone have a video on how to fix this

They can get very stiff and make an awful groaning noise. Putting some lube on the arm is the best option. Mine are OK, and seem to have grease on them.
