Default XJ8 front air struts sitting

My 2006 XJ8 has the front struts sitting now after parked for a couple days. Drove it couple times but still on the same position.
Is there any way I can manually make it high/normal and disconnect the electric sensors so it doesn't go down again?
Does it have a separate compressor for front and rear struts? Why only the front is down?
If the struts are bad, can I do the struts conversion only on the front and leave the rear since they are good?
Suggestions are appreciated.
Thanks

The air springs can be de- and inflated with the JLR diagnosis system SDD.

There is only one compressor that fills a pressure accumulator from which the air spring struts are supplied.
Filling struts and disconnecting sensors is a bad idea, it generates error messages and doesn't work in the long run.
Of course you can only convert to conventional steel springs only the front axle, but is that what somebody wants?

If both front struts are down there may be a problem with the height sensor on the front axle. You will get a clue if the car gets diagnosed with SDD.

Yes sir you were right it was the height sensor. For some reason the bracket was moved from its place. When I moved the knob attached to it car started going up, it went too high I had to lower it down little. Thanks for the help
